Rizal, Philippines on film
Some parts of, during the pandemic.
This photo series is an attempt to digitally monumentalize our cycling-slash-budol trips in some areas of Rizal. Obviously, cycling has welcomed me to the nerve-wracking process of learning how to bike, most especially having to go through endless slopes.
Places in these photos:
- Along Sampaloc Road, supposedly on the road to Daraitan. Our GPS failed us and we almost reached Jala-Jala when we realized we were past our destination.
- A cyclist's favorite: Boso-Boso
- A morning at Lakeside Eco Park Fishing Pier
- Wawa Dam at Montalban was a beaut without the crowds of people. (PS: with the pandemic, it was scary)
- Antipolo Church via Sumulong Highway, I thought before if I reached this place I'd be more confident with my cycling skills. I'll tell you next time how it felt next time. :)
I'll elaborate on all of the films, per image, when I have more time. But here are the rolls that I used:
- Kodak Ultima 100
- Kodak Portra 400
- Kodak Gold 200
- Fujicolor 400
